Ordering Bespoke Goods

We work hand in hand with UK manufacturers which allows us to supply you with the ideal packaging solution to meet your needs.

You can request a price for your bespoke goods, please email us on sales@arotrading.co.uk  with the following:

• The Product
• The Colour
• Size
• Thickness (gauge)
• Quantity

We will then get back to you with if we can get it manufactured and the price.

Dispatch Time

We offer a same day dispatch time if ordered before 12pm

Anything after 12pm will be dispatched the next day

Working days are Monday to Friday.

Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatch on the next working day.

How to cancel your Order

Please let us know before your goods are dispatched and we can cancel you order.

If your goods have been dispatched then unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order.

How can I return items

If you are unhappy with your order you may return it for a full refund or exchange within  14 days of purchase.

Postage is payed by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
